The New Jersey Neuroscience Institute conducts research into the
normal development and function of the nervous system, pathologies
that disturb its function, and methods by which we may better diagnose,
treat and prevent neurological disorders in the future. This research
is performed in the newly constructed research laboratories within the
New Jersey Neuroscience Institute at JFK Medical Center. |

Simultaneous and continuous measurements of somatic motor and sudomotor activities, and
cerebral blood flow. Novel nonlinear signal processing techniques are used to define
correlations between the somatic and autonomic systems.
